Great location in the heart of the town, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Friendly and helpful staff, who provided us with a map and useful information about the area.- The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a short break.

Limited parking options nearby, which made it difficult to find a spot and resulted in additional expenses. The noise level at night was quite high, with constant noise from trolleys being wheeled by the bedroom door.

The staff here is excellent, comfortable rooms. Set close to many local attractions and also within 5 minutes on foot from the fun centre. My wife enjoyed the bed, it was nice and we slept like in a cloud. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

Nothing to complain about, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel was in a brilliant location, right on the waterfront and a short walk away from the town centre and the magnificent castle. We enjoyed being able to explore the local area easily, whether it was visiting the Oriel or wandering through the historic Town Walls. the close proximity to a variety of eating places was also convenient.

The room we were given had a few issues that were disappointing. the window was left open when we arrived, making the room cold and damp.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel by the harbour. The value for money is outstanding, with affordable prices that beat the competition. The attention to detail is impressive, from the friendly and helpful staff to the well-maintained rooms with a comfort bed. The location on the quay offers breathtaking views that made my stay even more memorable.
